Yes. Once you find an event or experience you'd like to attend, select your preferred date and number of guests, then complete the booking through our secure checkout. You'll receive a confirmation instantly.

Go to your Profile section, then tap 'Edit Profile'. You can update your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. Changes are saved automatically once confirmed.

Use the search bar on the home screen to enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests. Browse available properties, select one, choose your room type, and proceed to checkout.

Most bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before check-in at no charge. Policies vary by property — check the listing for the full cancellation terms before confirming your booking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), online banking (FPX), and selected e-wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

You earn points automatically on every completed booking. Visit the Rewards section to see your current balance and redeem points for discounts on future stays and experiences.
